In the early morning hours of November 3, 1996, 32-year-old Connie Renee Williams was released from the city jail in Kansas City, Missouri. She was last seen near the 1100 block of Locust Street and has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Connie was a mother whose children were in the care of her own mother, with whom she maintained regular contact.
