Ruben Felix, a two-year-old boy, disappeared on February 23, 1997, from Shoshone, Idaho. He was last seen at a family gathering at Tanupa Ranch, located near the Little Wood River. His mother left him in the care of his stepfather, Aurelio Mireles, around 4:30 p.m., and Ruben was reported missing about two hours later when his grandmother returned to the property.
