In the fall of 1997, a family's life was irrevocably changed when 22-year-old Richard Elias Rodriguez, known affectionately as Ricky, vanished from Phoenix, Arizona. On the night of October 10th, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Ricky made a phone call to his mother, a conversation that would be their last.
