Donald Charles Shumaker, a 41-year-old white male, went missing from Phoenix, Arizona on December 8, 2013. He was last seen in the area of north 12th Street and east Indian School Road. Since that day, he has not been in contact with family or friends, and no one has reported hearing from him.
