On a late winter morning, March 1, 1999, 61-year-old Dang Tang was last seen leaving his brother's home in Phoenix, Arizona. An immigrant from Vietnam, Mr. Tang was a resident of the city, living in the area of North 47th Avenue and West Bethany Home Road. At approximately 11:30 a.m., he departed from his brother's residence and was never heard from again. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as an Asian male with black hair and brown eyes, standing between 5'6' ...
