On what should have been a day of celebration, December 1, 2010, 55-year-old Rickie Ricardo Outlaw attended a party in Phoenix, Arizona. Sometime between noon and 3:00 p.m., he walked away from the gathering, held in the vicinity of 32nd Avenue and Claremont Street, and vanished. Outlaw, an African American male with graying hair and hazel eyes, was never heard from again. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a coat, blue jeans, and gray tennis shoes.
His case remains a painful mystery for his loved ones, with very few details available to shed light on his sudden disappearance.
Rickie, who also went by the names Ricky Outlaw and Richard Outlaw, was a man with distinct features. He stood approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed around 170 pounds. He had a beard and mustache, a scar on his left elbow, and several tattoos. These included the name 'Ricky' tattooed on his upper left arm, as well as other tattoos on his right arm and left wrist. Despite these identifying characteristics, no trace of him has been found since the day he left the party.
