In the summer of 2007, a 37-year-old man named Lawrence Minter, also known as Larry, vanished from Phoenix, Arizona. On July 9th, he was last seen in the area of 27th Avenue and Union Hills in the northern part of the city. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, standing at approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing around 200 to 220 pounds.
