Noel Borje Santiago, 11 years old at the time, went missing on July 12, 2002, from Honolulu, Hawaii. Noel was last seen along with his 7-year-old brother, Daniel, and their father, Victorio Santiago. The family left their home in the Pearl Harbor area before 1:00 a.m., and they have not been seen since.
