Sondra Barrington, a 20-year-old woman, disappeared on October 10, 2002, in Arcadia, Florida. She was last seen leaving her workplace at Desoto Memorial Hospital around 6:00 p.m. that evening. The following day, her silver Kia was found abandoned three miles from the hospital on Highway 17. Inside the vehicle, her purse and other personal belongings were located, but her pager and car keys were missing.
