Kelli Jo Krum, a 21-year-old mother, and her 8-month-old daughter, Kelsi, were last seen on August 11, 1994, at their home in Arcadia, Florida. At the time of their disappearance, Kelli was in the process of moving to her parents' home in Sebring and had plans to start a new job soon. The night they vanished, Kelli was seen packing and reportedly speaking on the phone. Her cousin, James Dennis "Jimbo" Ford, was the last known person to have seen her.
