Jessica Fallon Hooks, an 18-year-old woman from Charlotte, North Carolina, was last seen on April 1, 2004. She was reported missing after her family had no contact with her for several months. Jessica was last known to be in the 400 block of Oakdale Road in Charlotte. Despite her family’s efforts, she has not been heard from since.
