Tina Faye Kemp, a 14-year-old from Felton, Delaware, was last seen on February 3, 1979. On that day, after helping her family hang laundry, she left her home around 9 a.m. and was never seen again. Her disappearance occurred just one day before a severe snowstorm hit the area. At the time of her disappearance, Tina was wearing a white sweater, a red and white flannel shirt, blue jeans, and red and white sneakers.
