Sandra Lorraine Andrews, a 44-year-old nurse from Greenwood, Delaware, disappeared on the night of November 16, 1990. She was last seen leaving her job at the Methodist Manor nursing home in Seaford around 11:15 p.m. The next day, her car, a white or beige 1985 Mercury Cougar, was found abandoned behind a business along Route 13, north of Seaford.
