Sandra Lorraine Andrews, also known as Sandy, was 44 years old when she was last seen on November 16, 1990. Online missing-person records describe her as a White female with black hair and brown eyes, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and approximately 130 to 133 pounds. She was a nurse and was last known to have been leaving her job at Methodist Manor Home in Seaford, Delaware, at about 11:15 p.m.
