Courtney Marie Finnell, a 32-year-old woman from Dagsboro, Delaware, was last seen on September 1, 2016, leaving her mother's home in Millsboro. At the time of her disappearance, she was homeless and frequently stayed in the Millsboro and Dagsboro areas. Her mother reported her missing in November 2016 after failing to contact her for two months. Courtney's case has raised concerns for her safety, as she has not been seen or heard from since.
