Karen Zendrosky, a 16-year-old girl, was last seen on October 22, 1979, in Bordentown Township, New Jersey. She had been at a now-closed bowling alley in the area. Shortly after, rumors surfaced that Karen might have gone to a nearby lagoon with two or three men in their twenties. The lagoon was known as a local party spot, but it remains unclear if she went willingly or not. She never returned home, and her family reported her missing later that night.
