Joy Diane Cannon, a 26-year-old woman from Chattanooga, Tennessee, has been missing since June 3, 1982. On the day of her disappearance, she left her mother’s home on East 17th Street, reportedly intending to visit friends. However, she never returned, and there has been no contact from her since.
