In the summer of 2007, a young life was altered in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Luz Diaz Juarez, a female infant of only three months, was last seen on August 1st. The specific circumstances of her disappearance would not come to the attention of law enforcement for nearly eight years. With black hair and brown eyes, she had a birthmark near her right wrist and another in the middle of her glutes.
