Vickey Lynn Smith, 45, was last seen on May 21, 2013, in the 600 block of Spears Avenue in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She has not been heard from since, and authorities are unsure of her whereabouts. Smith, who may have traveled to the North Chattanooga or Red Bank area, could also have left the state and gone to North Carolina.
