Ellan Townsend, a 55-year-old woman, was last seen on March 30, 1998, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She left her home on foot and has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Ellan was described as being 5'9" tall, weighing around 125 pounds, with black, graying hair usually worn in a bun or short to medium-length afro.
