Hazel Ruth Smith, a 40-year-old woman from Atlanta, Georgia, has been missing since February 5, 1993. On that day, she was last seen walking near the 1900 block of Baker Road in the northwest part of the city. Smith, an African-American female, was 5'1" tall and weighed around 148 pounds at the time of her disappearance. She was wearing a beige shirt, beige pants, and sneakers.
