In the spring of 1990, a deep sense of worry settled over a neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia, when 72-year-old Katie Dell Kemp vanished from her home. She was last seen on April 26, 1990, at her residence located in the 2100 block of Telhurst Street. Ms. Kemp, a woman in the vulnerable stages of life due to her age and health, was known to have Alzheimer's disease and other medical conditions that required medication twice a day.
