Katie Dell Kemp, a 72-year-old woman suffering from Alzheimer's disease, was last seen on April 26, 1990, in the 2100 block of Telhurst Street in Atlanta, Georgia. At the time of her disappearance, Kemp was wearing a beige shirt and green pants. She required medication for her various health conditions, which heightened the concern for her safety.
