Michael Joseph Scully, 25, went missing on November 21, 1986, from New Castle County, Delaware. Scully was last seen in the early hours of the morning at his residence. He woke up his brother around 3 a.m. to ask for the keys to their 1980 Pontiac, stating he needed to go out. That was the last time he was seen alive.
