Bruce Robert Weaver, 50 years old, was last seen on October 9, 2008, when he went fishing with five companions off the coast near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The group was aboard a fishing vessel that encountered a large wave near the Delaware Bay Buoy, which caused the boat to take on water rapidly. The vessel eventually sank, casting all the passengers into the water.
