Gary Mayo, a 44-year-old man from Newport, Delaware, went missing on November 22, 2007, following a tragic boating accident. Mayo was aboard a 20-foot vessel on the Christina River when he fell into the water. Several attempts were made to rescue him, but he submerged before help could reach him.
