Jesse Bussey, aged 39, was last seen on September 3, 1996, at a gas station in Schweinfurt, Germany, where he was stationed in the U.S. Army. Bussey was convicted in absentia at a court-martial for sex offenses and desertion, and was sentenced to 16 years in prison, reduction in grade to E-1, and dishonorable discharge. He has been wanted by the U.S. Army since his disappearance.
