Kacey Ann Perry, a 10-year-old girl, disappeared on September 14, 1990, from her father’s home in Southeast Portland, Oregon. That night, Kacey had an argument with her father about moving in with him full-time. Upset, she ran away around 11:00 p.m., taking a few clothes with her. She was later spotted at a local Kienow's Food Store, and her belongings, including a purse, were found near the store.
