Jessica Leigh Jenkins, a 30-year-old woman, was last seen in Portland, Oregon on November 8, 2004. She was seen walking away from a drug rehabilitation facility and has not been heard from since. At the time of her disappearance, Jenkins was known to have ties to the Portland area as well as Vancouver, Washington, and had experienced periods of homelessness.
