In the early morning hours of November 3, 2024, 23-year-old Rachel Diane Mobley left her job in Portland, Oregon, and what followed became a source of deep concern for her loved ones and the community. After her shift, Rachel took an Uber, which dropped her off on the St. Johns Bridge. This would be the last time she was reportedly seen.
