In the summer of 1999, a young woman named Amatha Marie Saenz vanished from the streets of Portland, Oregon. At eighteen years old, she was navigating a transient lifestyle when she was last seen on June 30th. Amatha was described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes, standing at 5 feet 8 inches and weighing around 135 pounds. She had a distinctive tattoo of the initials 'SA' on her left hand.
