Tiana Kay Weed, age 2, was last seen on January 15, 2004, in Portland, Oregon, along with her 6-year-old brother Takoda. The children were taken by their non-custodial mother, Kyoko Oda, in a case classified as a family abduction. Tiana’s father, Brett Weed, had shared custody of the children after a divorce, but Kyoko violated a court order by fleeing with them to Japan shortly after gaining permission to move there with the expectation of continued visitation rights for Brett.
