In the winter of 1992, a sense of profound uncertainty descended upon Oakland Township, a quiet corner of Venango County, Pennsylvania, with the disappearance of Andrew James Armstrong. At 43 years of age, Andrew was a familiar face in his community. On January 3rd, he left his residence with the simple intention of visiting a friend.
