Missing

Andrew James Armstrong, a 43-year-old man, went missing on January 3, 1992, from Oakland Township, Pennsylvania. On the day of his disappearance, Armstrong had left his home to visit a friend, but he never arrived. His route would have taken him near the Allegheny River, which was iced over at the time. Authorities believe it is possible that Armstrong may have fallen through the ice and drowned, although his body was never recovered.
