In the spring of 2017, the quiet life of 33-year-old Benjamin Howard Mosser was abruptly interrupted, leaving his family and friends with unanswered questions that linger to this day. A resident of Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania, a small community in Cumberland County, Ben, as he was known to his loved ones, was last seen on March 31, 2017.
