William Alfred Higgins, 35, was last seen on April 1, 1969, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He had a tumultuous family life at the time, with his marriage deteriorating. Higgins reportedly had been spending more time at home in the days leading up to his disappearance, and he was known to be fixing up his house. On the day he vanished, Higgins did not return from work, leaving his family concerned. He was last seen driving a 1955 Chevy pickup truck, which has never been recovered.
