On a spring day in May of 1996, a 34-year-old man named Anthony Mark Davis went to enjoy an afternoon of jet skiing on Lake Washington in Seattle, Washington, and was never seen again. He was reported to have been on the water on May 24, 1996, but he did not return. The jet ski he had been using was later recovered, but there was no sign of Anthony. At the time of his disappearance, Anthony was described as a Black male, standing at approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing around 165 poun ...
