Dustin Johnson, 24, was last seen on September 6, 2003, while scuba diving in Commencement Bay, Tacoma, Washington. Johnson, who lived in Seattle at the time, went missing under circumstances related to his diving activity, but few details have emerged about what exactly happened that day.
