Anne Marie Fahey, a 30-year-old woman from Wilmington, Delaware, disappeared on June 27, 1996. At the time, she was serving as the scheduling secretary for Delaware Governor Tom Carper. Fahey was last seen that evening having dinner with Thomas Capano, a prominent Wilmington lawyer with whom she had an on-and-off romantic relationship.
