Twalier "Tali" Jenkins, a 33-year-old woman from Wilmington, Delaware, was last seen on September 7, 2012. Witnesses reported seeing Jenkins jump from the Delaware Memorial Bridge that day, and although extensive searches were conducted, her body has never been recovered. Based on the circumstances, authorities presume she is deceased.
