Thomas "Andy" Richmond, 56, was last seen on July 1, 2010, after he left his home in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, for a day of boating. Richmond departed in his boat, *Heads or Tails*, around 8:30 a.m. Later that evening, his boat was discovered washed ashore near Myrtle Beach with the engine still running and lights on, but there was no sign of Richmond.
