Linda Miller Missing Person Case

Linda Ann Miller, 18 years old, was last seen on July 1, 1973, after leaving San Rafael, California, for Guadalajara, Mexico. Linda traveled with a male companion, possibly named Cary Kristal. Her family received a letter from her postmarked from Guadalajara in early September 1972, but this was the last confirmed communication from her. Although her family didn't report her missing until 2001, Linda's disappearance remains a mystery.

There were initial speculations that she may have died in a rooming house fire in Mexico City, but her stepfather believed she and Cary could have been detained in a Mexican jail. Linda’s case was reopened decades later, but there have been no further leads since her disappearance.
