Charles Lawrence Dillon, a 48-year-old man, went missing on January 16, 1994, while on a fishing trip in the Gulf of Mexico. Dillon was aboard a 26-foot boat named the "Double O" along with three other men. The group was on a grouper fishing trip that departed from the Tarpon Springs area. Later, two of the boat's occupants were found drowned, along with some personal items, including a cooler and life jackets.
