Golden Ray Kemp, a 33-year-old man, was last seen on April 25, 2018, in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was reportedly heading to visit a neighbor while riding a black beach cruiser-style bicycle with spray-painted white dots, red grips, and rims. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with holes, black Adidas pants with white stripes, and red and black sneakers. He has distinctive tattoos covering various parts of his body, including his chest, back, and arms.
