Golden Ray Kemp, a 33-year-old man, was last seen on April 25, 2018, in St. Petersburg, Florida. He was reportedly heading to visit a neighbor while riding a black beach cruiser-style bicycle with spray-painted white dots, red grips, and rims. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with holes, black Adidas pants with white stripes, and red and black sneakers. He has distinctive tattoos covering various parts of his body, including his chest, back, and arms.
Kemp’s disappearance became even more concerning when, just a few days later, the person he was going to visit was arrested for an unrelated murder. This individual reportedly claimed to have killed other people, though they denied any involvement in Kemp's case. Despite this, Kemp has not been seen or heard from since, and it remains unclear if his disappearance is connected to this individual.
The investigation remains open, with the St. Petersburg Police Department urging anyone with information to come forward.
