Miguel Romo Alatorre, 60, was last seen on October 27, 2023, in Chula Vista, California. At the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly wearing a blue polo shirt, khaki pants, and black shoes. Alatorre, a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes, stands 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 255 pounds. He has distinctive scars, including one on his leg and a smaller scar on his back, and he was noted to have a full beard at the time of his last sighting.
