Frederick Cecil McLean, 54, was last seen on June 1, 2005, in Winchester, California. He disappeared after becoming the target of an extensive manhunt due to numerous allegations of child sexual abuse. McLean, who had been abusing children for over two decades, had a warrant for his arrest related to multiple counts of molestation.
