On 10/7/2014 @ 0930 hours the decedent was found unresponsive on a public bus bench @ Third St. & Sweetzer Avenue in Los Angeles, paramedics transported him to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead @ 1849 hours. Notes from a hospital social worker indicated that an unnamed acquaintance of the decedent knew the decedent as Philllip Gordon and that he was from Oklahoma.
