Louis Kelem, a 66-year-old man, was last seen on December 16, 1988, in the Century City area of Los Angeles, California. At the time of his disappearance, Kelem was wearing a distinctive outfit, including a white patterned dress shirt, a white v-neck sweater with brown stripes, a reddish leather sport coat, brown wool pants, and brown laced shoes.
