Zachary Aylsworth, aged 22, was last seen on December 11, 2006, in Cincinnati, Ohio. On that day, he was involved in a police pursuit that ended tragically on the Brent Spence Bridge. Aylsworth reportedly exited his moving vehicle, jumped over a concrete barrier, and leaped 115 feet into the Ohio River.
