Neal Boware, 21 years old, was last seen on July 24, 2006, in Akron, Ohio. Neal, who is of African-American and Korean descent, had been walking home from a doctor’s appointment with his mother that afternoon. They stopped at a store on Thornton Street, and while his mother went inside to make a purchase, Neal ran out and reportedly jumped off a bridge that crossed over active railroad tracks.
