Matthew Ellis Keith, 35, was last seen on February 15, 2011, in El Paso, Texas. He had been arrested upon his return from Juarez, Mexico, for a parole violation and was held in the El Paso County Jail. Though his family expected him to be released on February 25, he was actually released 10 days earlier.
