Matthew Ellis Keith, 35, was last seen on February 15, 2011, in El Paso, Texas. He had been arrested upon his return from Juarez, Mexico, for a parole violation and was held in the El Paso County Jail. Though his family expected him to be released on February 25, he was actually released 10 days earlier. Upon his release, officers dropped him off at a Greyhound bus station and provided him with a transportation voucher to travel to his father’s home in Marshall, Texas.
