Nevaeh Rishardra Valencia Holton, a 2-year-old girl, was last seen on November 13, 2012, in Cleveland, Ohio. Her disappearance occurred after a doctor's appointment at Metro Hospital. Nevaeh is of African-American descent and suffers from Waardenburg Syndrome, a genetic condition that causes hearing loss and distinctive physical traits, including a white patch of hair at the front of her head.
