Elaine Ford, 29, was last seen on May 21, 1990, in Cleveland, Ohio. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as an African-American female, standing between 5'4" and 5'5", and weighing approximately 120 pounds. Elaine wore a Jheri-curl style wig and was last seen wearing a black or brown skirt. She also had distinct features, including a scar on her left hand and a noticeable knot on her neck.
